Delivery site

TRADE plate delivery specialist United Fleet Distribution (UFD) has set up a new regional vehicle storage facility at London Colney, near St Albans that can hold over 550 vehicles and is expected to turn around over 6,000 cars a year for its leasing company clients.

Birmingham-based UFD already has a storage site in Warrington and is looking for more. UFD general manager Michael Hutchings, said: 'As well as vehicle collection and delivery, we can now offer a vehicle storage facility with further support services such as valeting and preparation work. It means we now have a London base with the resources to store vehicles for clients who may not have their own regional vehicle centre.'
