Fleet managers are generally 'well satisfied' with their relationships with contract hire companies. A survey of more than 600 fleet operators assessed the service delivery of 17 rival contract hire firms over 50 key criteria. Fleet operators scored contract hire companies at 75 out of 100 for their 'overall experience with the contract hire supplier', and 91% pledged to continue doing business with their current suppliers.
