STAFF at Kwik-Fit are to be given specialist disability awareness training following a five-year, £30 million solus contract to supply tyres to Mobility Operations, which supplies low-cost leased vehicles to disabled people (Fleet NewsNet, July 31).

Kwik-Fit Fleet sales director Mike Wise said: 'It is important that all our staff, particularly customer-facing staff in our centres and mobile operations, are disability aware.'
