Role changes at Fleet News

THERE have been staff changes at Fleet News.

  • Steve Moody has been promoted to managing editor and takes control of the day-to-day running of the paper.


  • Production editor Trevor Gelken has left after a total of 16 years. He will continue to edit and produce Fleet Van on a freelance basis. Former deputy production editor Sandie Hurford has been promoted to production editor.


    In the summer, Adele Burton took on the role of section editor with special responsibility for careers and helplines.


  • Phill Tromans is now features writer.
