New look for Nissan vans

NISSAN has unveiled its new Cabstar truck, which is due to go on sale in the UK in October. Power for the 3.5-tonne vehicle will come from three turbo-diesel engines – a 2.5-litre in 110bhp and 130bhp guises and a new 3.0-litre 150bhp unit.

The firm has also revealed slightly facelifted versions of its Interstar and Primastar panel vans.

The Interstar is the Japanese firm’s version of the Renault Master while the Primastar is the same van as the Vauxhall Vivaro and Renault Trafic. Engine options are similar throughout the models.
