Contract hire and leasing group All-in-One Leasing has appointed Neil Monks as sales director.

Mr Monks will be responsible for growing the car and van divisions of the group. He has worked in the leasing industry for more than 20 years, latterly in Bahrain where he was general manager of a leasing and vehicle import company.
