For the first time, Cadillac has introduced an estate version of its European-focused BLS.
The arrival of the BLS Wagon (expected to make up 50% of BLS sales) coincides with the introduction of two new engines across the range - a 178bhp diesel engine and a 197bhp petrol engine which can also run on bioethanol.
That makes a total of six available engines for the line-up, which also features new equipment for 2008.
The old three levels of specification have been streamlined to just one - Elegance.
Every BLS now comes with leather, heated seats, satellite navigation, a Bluetooth phone system, cruise control and parking sensors.
Prices for the range start at £21,495.
