Renault is launching a series of improvements to its business services division, which will start with Renault Corporate becoming Renault Business to reflect business customers of every size and organisation type.

The move reflects its UK fleet sales performance, which so far this year is nearly two and a half times greater than the same period last year.

But Renault is keen to build on this success with a series of improvements for its business customers under the banner of the ‘Renault Business Promise’.

The Renault Business Promise is founded upon five pillars to ensure its level of service for its business customers matches the high levels of quality in its cars and vans, according to the manufacturer.

As a whole, they set out to ensure that business customers of every fleet size benefit from a complete care package offered through a combination of warranty, recovery, servicing and delivery promises.

The ultimate aim of the changes, which are effective immediately, is to provide class-leading levels of service, reinforce the quality of its range and reduce the cost of vehicle ownership, say Renault.
