Fleet management software provider Jaama has announced the appointment of a new member of staff to meet business demand.

Kelly Pinner has joined Jaama as a new business sales executive and will be putting her skills to the test with the aim of striking more fleet software deals for the company’s Key2 Vehicle Management software.

Jaama has seen a significant increase in demand for fleet management software across the public and private sectors as decision-makers realise that online technology can play a powerful role in helping to manage and cut vehicle operating costs.

Pinner has joined Jaama from rival fleet software provider CFC Solutions where she spent three years in the role of national business development executive. Her career in various business development roles totals some seven years.

Jaama managing director Jason Francis said: “As well as the private sector, we have particularly been targeting the public sector with our Key2 technology and it is paying dividends.

“We have won a number of new public sector clients in recent months including Chelmsford Borough Council and the Norse Group. Additionally, we anticipate cornering more new business as a result of our recent Public Sector Fleet Management Software Workshop held in partnership with Luton Borough Council, one of our first public sector clients.

“Those public sector organisations as well as many private companies have realised that investing in technology will deliver a significant return, particularly in relation to operational cost savings and reduced administration time which results in improved productivity.

“Interest in Key2 is very high and the successful transfer of Kelly to Jaama further strengths our new business development team. With business opportunities expecting to continue to increase I anticipate further signings in the future.”
