Chevin appoints new business systems analyst

Fleet management software provider, Chevin Fleet Solutions, has announced the appointment of business systems analyst Gareth Roulston.

Joining the software house from Northgate’s commercial vehicle hire arm, Prince 2 Practitioner Roulston brings with him a wealth of technical experience relating to the development, improvement and implementation of business processes.

Brought on board to facilitate enhanced service to new customers, he will bridge the gap between Chevin’s sales and project management departments; ensuring Chevin’s tailored fleet management applications meet exact customer requirements through the development of detailed software specifications and onsite liaison.

Commenting on Roulston’s appointment, managing director Ashley Sowerby said: “Providing an exceptional service to our customers is at the forefront of the Chevin offering.

“As part of this it is imperative that we continue to fully understand the sometimes very unique challenges that they face in order to develop software packages that deliver tangible benefits.

“Gareth’s recruitment represents a commitment to our customers that we will take the time and invest the resource needed to thoroughly understand their requirements in order to provide the very best solution available.

“I have every confidence that, drawing upon his vast experience in the fleet sector, Gareth will be a valuable addition to the Chevin team.”
