Northgate appoints new supply chain and business development director

Northgate Vehicle Hire has appointed Mike Willink as its new supply chain and business development director.

Willink, who has worked at Northgate for the past year on an interim contact, was promoted to the position earlier this month to help further drive the company’s commercial sales and marketing approach.

He will also be working with the seven strong sales and marketing team at Northgate to help develop the company’s integrated offering across fleet investment, vehicle hire and ex-commercial vehicle sales.

He brings with him a wealth of experience, including working with brands such as Rolls Royce and private equity company, Endless.

Jonathan Pearce, marketing manager at Northgate Vehicle Hire, said: “Mike has worked with our company on an interim basis for the past year and, having witnessed the impressive results he has achieved, we are extremely confident that he will deliver equally significant results within his new role.”

Northgate Vehicle Hire has sites across 60 locations in the UK, with its head office in Darlington.
