Venson launches new vehicle quotes module for user choosers

Venson Automotive Solutions is launching a new vehicle quotes module as part of its Venson Interactive Portal.

The latest enhancement aims to give fleet managers greater flexibility to implement a car fleet policy in line with business objectives.

It also supports user chooser fleet schemes, giving employees greater freedom to select make and model of vehicle, and tailor its specification in line with their allowance criteria.

The choice of cars available for drivers to view is pre-determined by the fleet policy that is in place.

A driver can compare multiple makes and models of vehicles, taking into account BIK, CO2, vehicle technologies, accessories and factory fit options.

Once the vehicle has been chosen, the integrated authorisation process ensures that the fleet manager has control of the ordering process at all times.

Simon Staton, client services director of Venson Automotive Solutions, said: “Our new Venson Interactive Vehicle Quotes module is part of our ongoing commitment to bringing tangible benefits to fleet operators and their drivers.

“Crucially, it’s about providing a service that isn’t based on one size fits all.

“The flexibility of the module means if the client’s fleet policy changes to reflect the current aims of the business, the vehicle selection provided can be adapted too.

“For example, if the company is focusing on reducing CO2 emissions, the choice of vehicles offered can be altered to meet those targets.

“Providing a bespoke vehicle quoting system makes the implementation of a car policy that much simpler for a fleet manager and provides greater flexibility when changes need to be made.”
