Tusker has been named as a finalist in the Car Scheme Provider category of the this year's Workplace Savings and Benefits Awards.

The awards, which take place on  September 8 at the Royal Garden Hotel, London, seek to recognise excellence within the pensions and benefits sector, with a focus on those who have “done the most to help employers and their staff over the past year”.

Tusker has launched three new initiatives which it says focus on "delivering excellence to its customers", as well as "developing and improving as an organisation".

Firstly, The Tusker Academy has been launched. The learning and development platform provides incentivised training for employees, which ultimately increases customer focus and the delivery of organisational objectives.

Secondly, following rapid company expansion with improved service offerings, customer satisfaction surveys have recently been implemented and will continue to be employed on a regular basis  to further improve the customer experience with Tusker.

Utilising an advanced online reporting tool, Tusker is able to measure overall driver satisfaction at a customer, event and supplier level. 100% of customers, over 3,000 since its launch in October 2015 have been surveyed, and to date, Tusker has achieved a 97% satisfaction rating.

Thirdly, Tusker has recently implemented its 'Making Employees Happy' initiative with a revised strategy to improve internal processes and therefore market penetration.

Following completion of extensive research, Tusker identified that adding value for employees was a major challenge for SMEs and as such, the company developed a bespoke Car Benefit Scheme ‘Accelerate’, supported by dedicated Tusker personnel. As a result, the pipeline in the SME market has grown by 103% in 2015 compared to 2014.
