Fleet Alliance has been voted Experteye’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for the third time in four years.

It once again topped the category, which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, and the annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

Experteye’s chairman and founder Rick Yarrow said: “Rather than being awarded by a judging panel, this accolade is based on independent feedback we receive from customers and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves who use the services of contract hire and fleet management providers.

“Having topped this category three times in the last four years proves what incredibly high standards Fleet Alliance is setting and why we are so pleased to recognise their team yet again in the category up to 250 vehicles.”

Fleet managers who complete the survey can access industry benchmarking data and statistics on how well they are being served, compared to other fleet operators.

Fleet Alliance’s managing director Martin Brown (pictured) said: “Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and to receive this award again is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our customer-facing staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver outstanding service to customers.”

The Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories in total.

Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2017 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.
