Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a drivers and warehouse environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successful team building and performance improvement.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as strong data analysis skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
