Transport Manager - Exciting Opportunity

This school are looking for a dynamic Transport Manager to oversee their transportation services. This role includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high safety standards across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and overall management of the transportation team.
- Budget management and cost-efficiency planning.
- Implementation and oversight of transportation technologies.
- Maintenance of fleet compliance with VOSA, DVLA, and insurance regulations.
- Development and management of incident and safety protocols.
- Coordination of transport for various school-related activities.
- Managing vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Must hold a full PSV CPC Licence, Cat D preferable.
- Proven experience in a similar management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
