As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing expert advice and tailoring travel packages to meet their needs.
Proactively selling holiday options, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel products to enhance customers' experience.
Collaborating with the team to promote special offers, incentives, and marketing campaigns.
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire booking process, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.What's in it for you:

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the travel industry.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Opening times are generally 9-8 or 9-9 Monday to Friday and 9-6 on Saturday and Sunday, though this can change to fit the needs of the business. Travel Managers work 4 days in the week 9-6, including up to 2 late shifts 11-8 or 12-9 and 1 day at the weekend.
