ING Car Lease has topped a new customer satisfaction survey because of its proactive approach to solving customers problems.

The survey showed it scored higher for satisfaction levels than the average scored by 23 of its major rivals and the company says this accounts for it not losing an account in the past two years.

John Gaynor, head of client services, who manages a team of 22, said: 'Our account managers are continually developing client relationships and investigating how to take an account forward in innovative ways.'
