The latest Fleet Operator Attitude Survey, carried out by Fleet News sister title Sewells, aims to show the quality of customer care and the way in which manufacturers relate to customers and prospects.
Fiat has released its own results from the confidential survey and says it scored strongly in the 'effectiveness of its demonstrator programme' category (80%) and is placed highly for 'quality of advertising and promotional material'.
The manufacturer came joint second in the 'competence of fleet personnel' category, with 76%, was placed first in the 'frequency of communication' category and second in 'quality of written communications'.
