PARKER’S Price Guide is usually the first port of call for private car values, but the valuation experts are now offering van prices free for a limited period. By logging on to www.parkers.co.uk, van operators can find out how much their LCVs are worth before de-fleeting or compare prices.

The service is free until March 20. Clicking on the link from the homepage shows prices for UK-spec vans from 1993 to 2003, compiled by independent motor trade experts using prices from forecourt sales, private vendors and auction results.

The listings are updated twice a month. From March 21, users will be able to pay £2.99 for 24 hours’ unlimited access to the van price database.
