How was your first day?
Great. Everybody was very welcoming, helpful and, above all, professional.
How does your new role differ from your last one?
I was previously a regional sales manager within the construction industry. Although there are some differences in the automotive marketplace, a key similarity between the two industries is customer service.
What has been the greatest challenge in the role so far?
Gaining a greater knowledge and understanding of the automotive glass industry, together with understanding on the key reasons why Autoglass values the fleet market.
What are you working on at the moment?
I am going to be responsible for some of Autoglass’s largest fleet and leasing accounts, so I am spending much of my time getting to know their procedures and requirements to enable me to offer them a first-class service.
How do you relax at weekends?
I enjoy many outdoor activities and like to fit in watching rugby when I can.
