Volkswagen Group China is supplying more than
5,000 vehicles for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which begin tomorrow.

The vehicles, which have been handed over to the Beijing Organising Committee, will provide shuttle services for the organisers, athletes, media and Olympic guests.

Volkswagen technicians and service crews will supply round-the-clock support.

The fleet is made up of low-consumption, low-emission vehicles and has been christened the ‘Green Fleet’.
