Pendragon Contracts, the contract hire arm of Pendragon plc, has appointed All Fleet Services (AFS) to manage its service booking, MOT and recalls, along with document issuing.

AFS will manage all out of hours calls allowing Pendragon to provide a 24-hour service.

AFS will contact drivers when their vehicles are due for a service, MOT or arerecalled by the manufacturer.

All bookings will be taken and confirmed within 24 hours of initial contact with the driver.

John Wardle, operations director at Pendragon Contracts, said: "We are keen to ensure that all our drivers receive a proactive, professional and effective booking service."

Dave Scobie, AFS managing director, added: “Our trained call centre staff use our EWM software platform to manage calls, emails and client correspondence to the highest standard.”
