Enterprise Rent-A-Car has opened a new branch in Livingston, giving local residents access to mobility as well as the town’s first car club vehicle.

The new opening has already created four new jobs in Livingston, two of which are part of the company’s Management Training Programme.

As Enterprise’s nearest branch is 15 miles away in Edinburgh, the new location brings access to vehicles even closer to residents and businesses in West Lothian.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Scotland and Northern Ireland’s general manager  Diane Mulholland said: “Enterprise was founded on the idea of being local – putting cars and vans just down the road from customers and ensuring the nearest branch is within easy reach of as many people as possible.

“This new location gives people and businesses in Livingston the chance to easily rent a vehicle on a daily basis through the branch and also by the hour at any time of the day or night with our Enterprise Car Club vehicle.

“We are excited to welcome customers to the branch as well as offer our free Pick Up service, which means that we’ll collect customers from their home or office, bring them to the branch to get their vehicle, and then drop them back when their rental is finished.

“We’re also pleased to bring our car club to Livingston and help our customers meet their mobility needs, whether they need access to a van to move house or a car for a business trip.”

In addition to renting vehicles in Livingston, Enterprise Car Club members can also book and access the network of 1,100 vehicles.

Many Enterprise Car Club vehicles are located at transport hubs or railway stations to make it easier to travel around the UK.

The new Livingston branch is located across the road from St. John’s Hospital. Its contact details are:
