Addison Lee launches new booking website

Addison Lee has launched a new booking website to offer customers a quicker and easier booking experience, in just a few clicks.

New features on the website will allow passengers to clock-up points with recently launched loyalty scheme Club Lee and book cars and couriers on-the-go, with the new mobile optimised website design for smartphone and tablet devices.

Customers will also benefit from a better user experience across devices, with bookings, addresses and payment preferences now available on both the website and app.

They will also be able to log in faster with the new ‘remember me’ feature, with multiple accounts and pins saved to make it easy to book for multiple passengers.

Peter Boucher, chief commercial officer at Addison Lee, said: “Technology continues to change the way people interact with the world. We understand that the passenger of today expects access to fast and convenient ways to book a cab.

"Our new website, together with the recent launch of our updated app and Club Lee all demonstrate our commitment to innovating in this space and delivering the best user experience possible.”
