Northgate Vehicle Hire has awarded PIE Recruitment a two-year contract for the provision of managed recruitment across its UK sales team.

Working with both individual line managers as well as Northgate’s internal HR team and senior management, PIE will use its branded resource, PIE-intro, to manage and streamline the recruitment process.

PIE will be looking to actively improve staff retention as well as focusing on finding key talent for Northgate.
