Auto Fuel Fix takes over Fuel Rescue

Auto Fuel Fix has acquired Midlands-based mobile fuel drain operator Fuel Rescue.

“This merger with a well-established business in the Midlands not only cements Auto Fuel Fix’s position as the leading independent provider of mobile fuel drain services but also consolidates our coverage on a national level,” said Auto Fuel Fix managing director Bruce Compton.

Fuel Rescue’s operations will be integrated within Auto Fuel Fix’s existing structure.

AA figures suggest that around 150,000 UK motorists put the wrong fuel in their car every year.

Auto Fuel Fix’s specialists attend the scene, drain the contaminated fuel and ensure that the vehicle can be restarted to continue its journey with minimum inconvenience, waiting time, costs and further damage.
