MG Motor UK has announced it will expand its new vehicle operations with BCA to manage a big increase in new vehicles at the docks in Bristol in 2019.

The new vehicle operation is managed from BCA’s Portbury and includes inspection, handling, storage and technical services.

The MG3, MG ZS Compact-SUV, and the MG GS are processed by BCA and prepared for distribution to the dealer network.

MG Motors UK’s head of sales and marketing Daniel Gregorious said: “We have ambitious plans for the brand in the UK and BCA brings the scale and flexibility to help us expand rapidly.

"The breadth of supply chain services BCA offers is unrivalled in the UK and the team shares our commitment to innovation.”

BCA vehicle services’ managing director Paul Bromley said: “MG is a brand that continues to go from strength to strength.

"As a supply chain partner, BCA brings the scale that MG needs as it continues to grow in the UK and our integrated approach builds in efficiency and resilience.”
