Together with the new management team, I have undertaken a full review of our operation to ensure we have the optimal structure, the best people and the most advanced processes to future proof the business and to be a progressive industry leader. Underpinning all of this change is a consistent commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service.”

Renowned for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Harris Group stands as a beacon of innovation in the automotive landscape. With marquee brands such as MAXUS and Higer Bus & Coach, the company continues to shape the future of motoring in the UK and Ireland.

The MAXUS range, which features a diverse lineup of all-electric vans and pioneering EV pick-up trucks and MPVs, witnessed a remarkable 46% surge in sales in 2023. Buoyed by this success, Harris Group anticipates an even more impressive growth trajectory of 60% in 2024, fuelled by the introduction of new vehicles that push the boundaries of innovation.

Moreover, Harris Group is gearing up for significant expansion in the bus and coach segment, with plans for a UK launch of the Higer brand, encompassing both sales and after-sales services, slated for this year.

Evidencing its commitment to fostering growth and providing world-leading services, Harris Group has witnessed a 30% increase in staff numbers over the past three years. Looking ahead, the company aims to further enhance its sales and after-sales support infrastructure, bolstered by additional on-the-ground assistance. A recruitment drive in 2024 underscores Harris Group’s steadfast commitment to its long-term growth trajectory.

“There is a new energy that is being felt right across our business as a result of the significant changes we are making,” said Denise Harris. “Backed by an incredible team of visionaries, I am confident that the Harris Group will continue to grow at pace, while being recognised as both an industry leader and a pioneer in new and alternative energy vehicles for many years to come.”
