Contract hire and leasing company Zenith Leasedrive Group has rebranded the business as Zenith.

The group has been trading as two separate brands, Zenith and Leasedrive, since HG Capital acquired both businesses in 2014.

From today, the two will be brought together under the Zenith brand. The Leasedrive name will no longer be used by the business.

The decision came after a brand review and reflects its full integration with three regional centres in Crowthorne, Leeds and Solihull.

Zenith has also refreshed its corporate identity, launched a redesigned website and introduced a new intranet.

Tim Buchan, chief executive officer, (pictured) said: "Our customers and colleagues wanted clarification on our future direction.

"Transacting as two brands was causing confusion and working against our desire to have a fully-integrated framework.

"The decision to become one company, with one brand, delivers a material benefit for us as a business as well as building confidence in our future strategy with our customers."

He added: "We are at an extremely exciting time in our company's development and the decision to move to one brand was an important step to support our digital transformation.

"With our organisational structure and brand now in place, we are able to share the activities we have planned with our customers.

"We are committed to continuing to invest in innovative, market-leading products and services, and delivering them on cutting-edge platforms.

"We are already starting to see some of these fantastic developments come through and are looking forward to showing our customers over the coming months."
