Adrian Rushmore moves to a global role as editorial operations director with responsibility for coordinating used and future value teams, and new vehicle data in the UK and around the world. Derren Martin is promoted to international car editor.

Rushmore said: “We are creating a larger team that will give us a greater concentration of talent under one roof.

“The team will service our UK and international operations from a knowledge hub in Leeds, a city already recognised as a global centre for data industries.

“Our international expansion will deliver real benefits for our customers as we retain the knowledge and experience of our editorial teams in the business, and add international data, market insight and intelligence.

“Our international expansion springboards from the expertise we have gained in the UK over the decades, and combines with the latest technology to drive new insights, new valuation methodologies, and data tools to support the automotive industry.”

The company’s global expansion follows the recent integration of teams from Cap and HPI. It operates as part of Solera, a global provider of risk and asset management software and services to the automotive and property marketplace. Solera is active in more than 75 countries across six continents.

Cap HPI provides decision support data and software solutions spanning vehicle valuation, validation, collision, mechanical repair, and total cost of ownership.
