Zenith has achieved national recognition in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For listing, for the fourth consecutive year.

The independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business, headquartered in Leeds, offers its more than 500 employees a range of flexible benefits from private medical insurance and access to a financial advisor, to free massages.

The annual survey ranks the cream of Britain’s employers and is recognised as the gold standard in measuring employee engagement.

The result comes after extensive data-gathering and analysis. Assessors review staff opinions about their bosses, working conditions and employer’s values.

Marisa Waddington, HR director at Zenith, said: “This is the fourth year we’ve achieved a top 100 ranking in the survey, and it’s a great reward for the hard work of our team.

"We recognise that our people are key to the continued high performance of the business, and invest time and money to ensure we can offer a great place to work.”

Zenith is a Best Companies two-star outstanding company and is ranked in position 90 in the awards.

The company is set to move to new headquarters in Leeds. The environmentally sustainable office will be set over 45,000 sq ft and includes dedicated areas for employee relaxation and collaboration.
