Leasing company Arval is expanding its Arval Outsourcing Solutions in response to a significant increase in demand from customers.
It says it has seen a 30% increase in outsource contracts within its portfolio in the first half of 2017 as customers look to reduce costs and refocus on their core business, and predicts this growth will continue.
To meet this demand, Arval says it has completely redesigned the initiative around the driver journey and company expectations of operational, financial and CSR performance.
Through Arval Outsourcing Solutions, customers can delegate their day-to-day driver workload to the company within an agreed framework.
This ranges from before the vehicle is supplied and covers the ordering procedure, to when the vehicle is returned.
