Logistics Manager

Pod have partnered with a market leading FMCG company to find a new Logistics Manager to join their team! This company has gone from strength to strength, even throughout Covid, and is looking to bring on board a dynamic, driven Logistics Manager who can manage their 3rd party logistics providers.

Responsibilities:

Manage 3PL partners across warehousing and transport, ensuring SLAs are hit and building stakeholder relationships
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Drive cost savings across the operation
P&L responsibility for the logistics provider budget
One direct reportRequirements

At least 5 years experience in a similar logistics role, either from an FMCG background or 3PL background
Experience in managing logistics providers across both warehousing AND transport
Strong evidence of cost saving and continuous improvement
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong management experience preferable
Bachelors Degree or higher essentialThe successful candidate will receive between £50,000 and £60,000 plus a car allowance and bonus. If you are interested, please feel free to get in touch!
