Logistics Manager

Falcon Green are currently working with a leading residential developer who are recruiting for a Logistics Manager to work on a large residential project in Walthamstow. Please see below job details. This would suit a candidate who has previous experience working with a residential developer in a Logistics Manager role.
Logistics Manager Responsibilities:
* Planning/programming site setup and logisitcs routes
* Write a Construction Logisitcs Plan
* Create and maintain a secure site.
* Control all traffic management internally and externally, wheel washing and road network cleanliness.
* Supply chain management
* Fire & Safety responsibilities
* Good site communications
* Signage
* Delivery management
Logistics Manager Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* At least 4 years in a logistics role previously
* Working with a residential developer previously would be beneficial
