Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for LVS/HGV Fleet Manager to join our Plant team to work on HS2 in Birmingham.

Role Purpose: To proactively lead, manage and coordinate the optimised utilisation of the HGV and LGV vehicle fleet, working closely with the Plant and delivery teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, sustainability and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

* Planning and closely managing all transport operations on and off site.

* Managing day to the the internal and external transport fleet to move materials, goods, plant and people around the various site locations.

* Making sure that fleet suppliers and sub-contractors are the projects preferred and utilised suppliers.

* Responsible for full coordination for abnormal load movements coming onto, moving between sub lots or leaving the sites.

Previous experience at managing fleet at a senior level within a large project/organisation
