Outbound Logistics Manager - 12mth FTC

Our client are a leading food manufacturer who provide own label and branded manufacture and packaging services for many of the UK's leading retailers and brands. We are currently looking for a Customer Services Manager on a 12mth FTC. The purpose of this role is to manage all sales order from receipt all the way to goods issue. Work closely with warehouse teams on each site to make sure 3PL's collect stock when required to meet customer order and site stock holding targets. Manage stock transport orders from site to 3PL, make sure that all stock transport orders match what the 3PL say is received and manage any discrepancies with key stakeholders to maintain stock accuracy at 3Pl and on SAP at all times. Stock management, daily checks that stock on SAP matches stock on 3PL systems. Manage outbound deliveries on each site and that the number of pallets per hr and day are adhered to. Manage export orders and supporting paperwork.
Manage the pallet pool process, working with Inbound and warehouse teams to reconcile physical stocks vs pallet pool supplier stocks (Chep, Lpr) and work with the pallet pool provider on any issues.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates you have worked within the FMCG sector either in a supply chain role or customer services. Must have experience with SAP and Excel and a good understanding of factory processes.
