Are you an experienced Transport Manager who has experience with waste management of non hazardous waste?
Responsibilities:
Organising and planning routes and accompanying driver schedules and vehicles.
Maintenance and upkeep of all trunks
Ensuring compliance in line with all rules and regulations required
Manage and meet budget targets
Maintain an exceptional level of customer service
Ensure all contractual and service level agreements (SLA) are met
Requirements:
CPC trained
Hands on
Mechanically inclined
Minimum 3 years management experience
Proven background in high service delivery
Ability to use a range of computer software including Microsoft office
Eligible to work in the UK
Person Specification:
Self motivating
Flexible to meet ever changing demand
Ability to work with other departments within the facility to meet demand
Proven problem solving skills
Committed to own personal development
Ability to work with our customers to continually improve the service
Happy to work Multi sites in the Midlands training a team of 10 office staff
CPC licence
Classs 2 (Cat C) Preferred
