Preparing hire, loan and demonstration agreements & sending to customers
Ensuring that the rental processes, company policy and relevant compliance are always adhered to for all equipment agreements, including obtaining customers insurance evidence.
Maintaining accurate records of the hire fleet within the Molson ERP system for equipment and attachment hires, loans, and demonstrations
Arranging and planning the transport of machines and attachments to given deadlines, thus ensuring the smooth day to day running of company logistics.
Tracking and reporting of hired equipment
Raising workshop service work orders, for preparation of equipment to the required specifications
Ensuring that the rental processes, company policy and relevant compliance are always adhered to for all equipment agreements, including obtaining customers insurance evidence.
Assisting the transport team to plan machinery imports and deliveries to end customers (nationally and internationally)
Be proactive in cost saving exercises with external suppliers, monitoring and minimising transport costs.
Raising and goods receiving purchase orders & transport notes for movements
Liaising with Equipment suppliers nationally & internationally
In order to qualify you must have detailed knowledge in an automotive / transport working environment and be happy working in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
