We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager who can take full ownership of the order fulfillment lifecycle - from pick-pack-dispatch to KPI delivery, labour planning, and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

Goods in/out
Lead and optimize picking, packing, and dispatch operations
Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs and productivity
Manage daily operations including stock put-away, stocktakes, and organisation
Set and track performance targets aligned with company goals
Plan labour resources effectively to meet fluctuating demand
Collaborate with logistics for inbound/outbound efficiency
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure fulfillment excellence
Promote environmental and safety compliance
Oversee consumable ordering based on demand forecastsWhat You'll Bring
