A well established Manufacturing Business are now looking to recruit a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to head up their Distribution Activity based at their site in Chester.
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager:
To lead a team of Warehouse Colleagues in a Fast Paced Environment.
To identify and lead Continuous Improvement Opportunities.
To manage 3pl contracts.
To identify cost reduction opportunities where possible.
To recruit, train and develop colleagues.
To communicate effectively with Senior Management.
To confidently use SAP on a daily basis.Your Requirements:
Experience in managing Logistics Departments within large Manufacturing Businesses.
Proven track record in leading Continuous Improvement.
Experience in managing 3pl contracts.
