New fleet chief for NatWest

THE new fleet chief at NatWest Bank is to be Chris Skillen who will take over from award-winning fleet manager Peter Parkinson on December 2.

Skillen, a member of the Institute of Car Fleet Management, is currently managing director of BET Technical and Procurement Services which, among other responsibilities includes the operation of the 12,000-strong combined fleet of BET and Rentokil.
