Tony de Richelieu has been charged with boosting motorcycle business with utilities, distribution and mainstream fleet sectors. The Farnborough-based company, which earlier this year revealed that it was planning to break into the fleet market with a novel fold-up Di-Blasi 50cc moped (Fleet News August 2), claims there has been significant fleet business.
