SHELL Fuel and Fleet Services has lost two of its senior sales and marketing men amid delays over the company's plans to introduce a new fuel and fleet services card.

National sales manager Peter Hadfield has rejoined Overdrive with responsibility for the fuel only operation after 15 months with Shell while fuel and fleet services general manager John Sheehy has joined the RAC as head of corporate sales for motor manufacturers, the motor trade and Fastrac reporting directly to director, corporate sector Jim MacDonald.

The pair were instrumental in launching the new Shell combined fuel and fleet services card - announced at this year's Fleet Show (Show Daily, April 25). The card - operating in partnership with a yet to be named fleet management company - was due to be launched in May, but has been subject to repeated delays.
