BMW has warned fleets to be patient over the next few months after a 'phenomenal' surge in demand for the new 5-series and 3-series. And the German manufacturer is promising to improve the value for money of its mainstream fleet ranges in the future by launching better specified models and more competitive packages.

those for a typical August. While we are working with the factory to try to get extra cars, corporate and private customers need to be patient. Next year will see BMW launch the 5-series Touring, and the 1.6-litre engine will be launched in the 3-series Touring. In addition, the Z3 will finally debut in the UK. BMW says all business will continue to be channelled through the dealer network.
