A FLEET of 100 air-conditioned Ford Galaxys has been transporting the tennis stars throughout Wimbledon fortnight. The vehicles are operating through Hertz which says this is the world's largest sports transport service, next to the Olympics.

Hertz has a five-year contract with the All England Lawn Tennis Club to provide the courtesy cars for all players, coaches, staff, press and VIPs involved in the championships. Along with 30 Transit minibuses, the Galaxys are on call 24 hours a day from June 24 to July 7, driven by 250 specially recruited and trained drivers.
