The company is currently conducting extensive tests of Turbo Dispatch - a collaboration between RAM Mobile Data, Motor Trade Software and Green Flag which uses a two-way wireless to transfer information between HQ, operator and recovery vehicle. Call-out information appears on screen in the recovery vehicle at the touch of a button and messages can be sent back to HQ equally efficiently.

As well as speeding up the recovery process, Turbo Dispatch will enhance efficiency as operators will receive more complete details of the problem, enabling them to dispatch an appropriate vehicle with the right manpower and the right parts to the right place, all much quicker than could previously have been achieved. It also streamlines administrative procedures, with no need to re-key information.
