Astec added £3,500 worth of kit to the car, including a hands free mobile telephone kit in the front of the vehicle while a data cup in the back allows easy connections to a table-mounted laptop computer allowing users to send and receive faxes, use SMS (Short Message Service), e-mail, access the internet and dial into external computer systems.
Powered by a 1.9-litre turbodiesel engine the Synergie SX can be purchased with five or seven seats. The Synergie without the communications equipment costs £20,000 all in, and buyers can specify exactly which equipment they want fitted from the £3,500 menu. Interested fleets can contact Barnett on 01242 515 391.
