Hi-tech specialist chooses BCH

COMPUTER services company ServiceTec has switched accident management on its 160-strong fleet to BCH Vehicle Management. Bristol-based BCH already contract hires 50 vehicles to ServiceTec and the company decided to switch accident management suppliers after being dissatisfied with the previous unnamed firm.

ServiceTec's financial controller Kevin Tims said: 'Our vehicles are all now registered onto BCH's accident management system and drivers will contact them direct to resolve vehicle incidents. The service we have been receiving from BCH on the contract hire side has been excellent, so they were the obvious choice for accident management.'
