Fleet section helps BSM to strong overall performance

BSM Qualified Driver Training made a significant contribution to a strong overall performance from its parent company in the six months to June 28. The BSM group reported pre-tax profits up 20% at £2.92 million (1995: £2.43 million) on turnover up 16% at £13.8 million (£11.9 million).

BSM's managing director Richard Glover said the corporate driver training arm generated around three times as much turnover in the first six months of 1996 as it did last year.
